Segun El pais A Gwyneth Paltrow no le estaria brillando el sol !!

Segunn el pais con el titular LA Caída en desgracia de Gwyneth Paltrow. A la actriz le estaria pasando la cuenta algunos dichos como que Europa se vive mejor que EEUU. Ademas de algunos temas que toca en su propio blog, como encontrar un entrenador personal ? Al parecer es un poco el hazmereir de sus destractores segun EL PAIS. Estuve mirando su blog THIS IS GOOP y solo me parece un poco aburrido , y un poco ingenua si piensa que podemos creer que ella lo escribe, con fotos tomadas clarmanetne por un profesional, bueno creo que talvez para ella es la forma de estar aun vigente en el mundo , abriendose a si misma una puerta...

La Mermelada De Naranjas !

Ya solo nos quedan dos fracos de La  mermelada de Naranja que prepare la semana pasada ! Vale la pena tanto trabajo. Y el MOusse de Lucuma Desaparecio muy muy rapido que no alcanze a fotografiarle.Pero quedo demasiado delicioso !

Hall Central del Palacio Consistorial

EL fin de semana que paso , se realizo la Expo Diseño Independiente La Pulga De La Moda , por lo que me conto el Organizador del Evento, Este seria el cuarto año consecutivo que ya se realiza.
En un hermosisimo lugar en el centro de Valparaiso ,

Hall Central del Palacio Consistorial (actual Alcaldía de Valparaíso) a pasos de plaza Victoria, calle Condell#1490.

Es un lugar bello lleno de luz, vale la pena visitarlo.

Acerca de la Expo, encontre algunas creaciones de mi gusto otras (la mayoria; siempre lo mismo ) . Bueno antes en la tienda la Paula en Almirante Montt encontre unas bellasssssss carteras hechas de papel reciclado , aca encontre unas billeteras tambien del mismo tipo. No tan bien hechas como las de la tienda( no recuerdo el nombre ahora...) pero el precio era mas bajo de todas formas. I got one !

Ademas encontre otro Artesano( Falke).  Con ropa tejida a mano muy linda. Y Algunas Pinturas  ! Por fin algo diferente.

Viña began in the 1870s as a resort suburb of Valparaíso, connected to that city and to the capital by train. After a 1906 earthquake damaged Valparaíso, Viña expanded with new architecture transforming its seaside cliffs. One such structure is Castillo Wulff, a Germanic turreted granite castle set on a rocky point. Over the years, it has become a symbol of the city (much like the nearby giant floral clock that spells out the city’s name and faces the ocean, offering a brilliant greeting to passing cruise ships). Called Cerro Castillo, or Castle Hill, this part of town is one of the oldest, full of other century-old whimsical homes jutting from the cliffs. The city is divided by the Estero Marga Marga, lined with colorful midcentury high-rise towers, their facades faceted by balconies tilting to the sea.

Mousse de Lucuma

Hoy tengo la intension de cocinar un mousse de lucuma , en la foto de abajo puede ver el gran arbol que tengo en casa , las lucumas estan por todos lados, alla Elliott jugando con sus pelotas-lucumas.

Ingredientes:
3 lúcumas medianas (aproximadamente dos tazas de pulpa)
¼ de litro de crema de leche
Leche condensada, cantidad necesaria
5 claras
50 gr. de azúcar
2 cucharaditas  de colapez en polvo (8 gramos)
Salsa de vainilla:
¼ lt. de leche
½ taza de azúcar blanca
2 yemas de huevo
Vainilla cantidad necesaria
Preparación:
Mousse de Lúcuma:
Hidratar el colapez con agua fría, luego llevarlo al fuego o al microondas, evitando que hierva.
Lavar las lúcumas, pelarlas, retirarles la pepa o el carozo. Colocar la pulpa en la licuadora con un poquito de leche condensada, la consistencia debe ser tipo puré.
Batir la crema de leche a medio punto. Igualmente batir las claras a punto de nieve, e incorpórales el azúcar batir hasta que se integre bien.
Colocar en un tazón de vidrio la crema de leche, agregar el puré de lúcuma y el colapez hidratado, incorporar estos ingredientes con batidor de alambre, luego agregarles las claras batidas a punto de nieve de a pocos en forma envolvente, hasta que quede uniforme la preparación.
Llevar a refrigerar hasta que cuaje bien.
Salsa de vainilla:
Colocar en una cacerolita la leche, el azúcar, la vainilla, mover con espátula, luego agregarle las yemas de huevo, esta cocción debe hacerse a baño maría.

I was checking Selfridges.com and i found some Coats, shoes, dresses, etc, that i really like them, but also thinking on their prices ( I'm sure that every piece is worth its money).
On Second Hand Shop there are similar and beautifull pieces-  An opcion if dont have the money for or only that you love VIntage clothes. Then soon i will uploads the Vintage Clothes . Perhaps someone is interesting on.

Ballet Clásico Ruso en Valparaiso !

Desde hace aproximadamente 20 años que los solistas y primeros bailarines del Ballet Clásico Ruso, en particular del Teatro Mariinsky de San Petersburgo y del Teatro Bolshoi de Moscú, decidieron agruparse para mostrar su trabajo al público mundial .

Las prestigiosas y reconocidas internacionalmente compañías del Ballet Clásico Ruso, en particular: El Teatro Mariinsky de San Petersburgo ex – Kirov y El Gran Teatro Bolshoi, representan la cuna de las academias coreográficas de bailarines de excelencia de la envergadura de Rudolf Nureyev, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Natalia Makarova, Faruk Ruzimatov y de un gran número de  los más grandes bailarines que ha conocido la historia de este género en el mundo.

Ejecutarán algunos de los más bellos pax de deux del repertorio del ballet clásico: “Don Quijote”, “La Bayadera”, “Le Corsaire” y “Cascanueces”, entre otros. También mostrarán algunos adagios dentro de los que destacan: “Spartacus”, “Romeo y Julieta” y “La Muerte del Cisne”, que popularizara la mítica Ana Pavlova.

Y este Domingo se Presentaran en La sala magna de la Universidad Federico Santa Maria en Valparaiso, a las 19 30 hrs, los precios son bastante aceptables que van desde 16500 hasta 38500 pesos chilenos.

Estoy feliz de tener el placer de presenciar un espectaculo de tal embergadura. El ballet es lo mas inspirador para mi, como dije antes es mi sueño.

It can be The pretty ballerinas or Channel or  Repetto's atelier , or Zara shoes Ballerinas, I got a mine last weeks on Valparaiso. On black , so confortable ...and they just cost me ...15 euros more and less !

I did not know her before i have to say. Untill tonight . Always it is a wonderfull sorprise to discover new people may i like to get to know
This is Mollie katzen and his very famose and largely credited with moving healthful vegetarian food ! As vegetarian , i just can get one of her books or at list will start tomorrow with one of her recipes.

Puree of watercress, mushroom, leek and potato soup  , iwill start with this one , from the recipes on her website.

Mozzarella !!!

The Independent never disapoint me so far, I found a fantastic recipe-.
Mozzarella with spinach, fennel and pea salad !

Serves 4

1 fennel bulb
100g/3 oz cooked spinach
5-7 pods of peas per person
The zest and juice of one unwaxed lemon
tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
50ml/2fl oz very good-quality extra-virgin olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 balls of mozzarella, torn in half

Add the peas, lemon juice, zest and Parmesan, season with salt and pepper and mix together really well.

Finally, drizzle over the olive oil and toss together well.

Divide between four plates and lay the mozzarella gently on top.

Slice the fennel as finely as possible and place in a bowl.

Squeeze out any excess water in the spinach using your hands and place in the bowl.

Soon as I get Mozzarella i will try it !

Yesterday I went to have a walk arround Valparaiso !

                      
Valparaiso is my neighbord city , there we can find all kind of shop, i love most of them , so i will show every Tienda I visit and will show what is the best they have through my eyes.
Well yesterday i was in TIENDA-STORE and i found there Amazings Bags Handmade by Recicly paper ! What else I can ask ? Beautifull bags also help the environment , I can just love it .Aslo i cant forget that the Store's Manager Paulina is very sweet and nice.
On the way back home It was by train along the beach Coast , Solamente Inspirador

Vamos otra vez con una noticia acerca de la Modelo Kate Moss...

The teens are fragil to this kind of comment of their idols, they open to adopt their style of life , who didnt ? we should protect them by not publishing every single word an singer or a model say, however every adult has the freedom to live life on they way. But should we publish this kind of comments ? Those in charge of filtering the news should preval their sense common at the time to to publish, more than the tabloid news. Where are the responsability's media in this? Where is the parent's reponsability on this? she can do with her  life what she wants, that's not the point i think , in my opinion of course.

 

Los adolecentes son tas fragiles, tenemos que cuidarles y protegerles, estan abiertos adoptar estilos de vidas de sus idolos , alla debemos cuidar de no publicar ese tipo de comentarios , aunque cada persona adulta tiene la libertad de vivir como quiere. Pero no debemos publicar todo lo que dicen los famosos en internet o en los peridodicos, aquellas personas encargadas de filtrar las noticias deberia primar el sentido comun ,. mas que la noticia amarillista.

Sabemos la importancia de las palabras entonces...donde estan las responsabilidad de los medios en esto? la de los padres? Pienso que la Sra Moss recien casada  puede hace con su vida lo que quiera, ese no es el punto. En mi opinion mas humilde
